Team members should be able to follow the personal conduct of leadership counselors, and this means that the counselors should set a good standard. Leadership counselors may also need to help those who need counseling but do not want it. To determine a suitable approach, a leadership counselor may have to consider the amount of time that they have for counseling a team member. Leadership counselors must listen and also watch team members during counseling sessions before they can be able to respond to the team member. After this, the leadership counselor will guide the team member.
